The Finch College Alumni Association Foundation Scholarships
The Finch-Birch Wathen Lenox School Scholarship:
Every year, a female student at the secondary school, also founded by Jessica Cosgrave, is the beneficiary of partial tuition. This award is funded by The Birch Wathen Lenox School and is awarded at the school’s own discretion.
The Finch College Alumni Foundation Trust Transferring Scholarship:
Numerous $5000 grants are offered to all women fitting the criteria:
- Female students enrolled in the second year of community college in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
- Age 22 and older.
- Transferring to any accredited four-year college in the United States. - Any candidate currently holding a U.S. or foreign bachelor’s degree is
- Proof must be provided of United States citizenship or permanent United States
- Maintaining a 3.5 grade point average.
There are no restrictions or limitations based upon race, ethnicity, or the employment status of the prospective recipient. Grant is based upon merit, courses, and goals.
Several scholarships are offered annually.
Active Finch graduates donate to support today’s women.

The $5,000 award and criteria are the same for all.
