Finch College Reunion and Party (Cocktails and Buffet Dinner)

Join us for the Finch College Reunion and Party in memory of Ceil Gavin Ainsworth. Enjoy an array of delicious hors d'oeuvres, excellent wine, and a sumptuous buffet dinner while your reconnect with your Finch friends.
Our fun event begins at 5:00pm and continues to 8:00pm at a wonderful Italian restaurant in Sutton Place: Morso Restaurant, 420 East 59 Street, New York, NY 10022 (right off of First Avenue). Your participation will benefit the FCAAFT scholarship program.
We look forward to seeing you there and enjoying yourself with so many of our alumnae, Finch Family and Friends.

2023 Fall Special Events

Tour at the Museum of Modern Art

We invite you to join us for a one-hour tour of a special exhibit, Picasso in Fontainebleau, which includes several of Picasso's masterpieces along with paintings, drawings, pastels and etchings made during the artist's stay at Fontainebleau. Our museum guide for this tour is Deborah Goldberg, who impressed us last fall with her knowledge of art history and descriptions of masterpieces. Meet at 11:30am in MoMA's lobby for our tour that will begin promptly at 11:50am. The cost of the tour is $70 which includes a $70 donation to the FCAAFT.

Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola
Jazz at Lincoln Center

You will enter the "House of Swing" for an exciting performance of the Roy Hargrove Big Band. Dizzy's Club is celebrating the birthday of the late jazz composer by featuring his original works, standard tunes and new music from current band members. The cost is $100, which includes a $35 donation to the FCAAFT. Please note that Dizzy's Club requires an additional $21 minimum for food and beverages which is not included in the $100 cost. Doors open at 6:00pm for the 7:30pm show. We meet at 6:15pm at Dizzy's Club.

Sunday, October 15
James B. Duke House

We begin our two-hour guided tour of the Gilded Age Mansions of New York meeting at 12:15pm on the stairs of the James B. Duke House. During the Gilded Age, New York City became home to the greatest concentration of wealth in human history. As America's new millionaires competed with one another, they built the most ornate mansions alongside the newly created Central Park. We will see nine mansions along Fifth Avenue, touring the exquisite interiors of some of them. The cost is $80, which includes a $40 donation to the FCAAFT.
